Divided into day and night, the scene bursts with soft pinks, purples, violets, and yellows. A traditional Ukrainian house emerges among blooming fruit trees and vibrant flowers, while rain yields a radiant rainbow. Ukrainian folklore comes alive with its main animals—a bull, horse, sheep, and deer—merging nature, magic, and cherished memories.

I am an artist with a unique vision, drawing inspiration from Ukrainian folklore and children’s tales. I create pysanky, illustrations, and vytynanky, blending these traditional art forms into my own distinctive style. My work fuses vibrant colors, traditional narratives, and personal memories—especially the magical stories my grandmother used to tell. Through my art, I strive to capture the beauty and enchantment of Ukrainian traditions, inviting viewers into a world of warmth, wonder, and cultural heritage.
Technique
Crafted with precision, this 2.5-foot pysanka is molded from a durable, weather-resistant material, ensuring both longevity and resilience. The surface is carefully coated with plaster, then meticulously sanded to achieve a flawless, smooth finish, providing the perfect foundation for intricate decoration.

Delivery: All pysanky purchases are to be collected in person at Southcentre Mall prior to 6:00 PM on Sunday, April 27. All pysanky purchased but not collected will be shipped at the purchaser's cost using standard shipping rates. Purchasers will be responsible for taxes, duties, and all other shipping-related costs. Purchasers outside Alberta will be contacted with delivery instructions after their purchase is confirmed.
