This morale patch was created by a 16-year old Canadian-born Ukrainian boy, to help raise funds for Ukraine. The patch is modeled on a real-life Ukrainian soldier, call-sign “Holmes”, who was one of the original defenders of Bucha and Hostomel areas. Prior to answering the call to defend Ukraine and the World from Russian brutality, Holmes was a criminal investigator responsible for putting corrupt individuals in Ukraine behind bars. Today he is fighting in Bakhmut, Donetsk Region, as part of a renowned infantry battalion.
