Bio
I like to refer to myself as “Ukrainian by marriage”. My introduction to the Ukrainian community and its heritage happened almost 4 decades ago. Ever since, my family and I, have danced, volunteered, Zabava’d and Malanka’d with the members of this vibrant community.
Years ago, a dear friend introduced me to Pysanky writing and I fell in love with the art form. I am honored, once again, to have the opportunity to contribute to this worthy cause.

Material: Ostrich egg shell; fully emptied and thermally processed. Dryapanka technique used in creation of the pysanka. Written incorporating design elements of the late Taras Horodetsky.
